Once you have a booking and the guest has paid, your funds will be available for withdrawal.
The booking process will take no more than 24 hours. If you have not gotten a response the request will automatically be cancelled. You can contact the host or book another location.
We currently accept PayPal and Stripe.
You are only able to put the entire payment on one payment method at a time.
Guest can cancel with possible penalties depending on the Host’s cancellation policy. Learn more
NookRental may be able to issue a full refund if a guest has to cancel because extenuating circumstances such as an emergency. Learn more
Hosts can cancel a reservation however if it is not due to extenuating circumstances penalties and dues may apply. Learn more
Yes, you can. go in to your reservation details, and click on “Cancel or Change Your Reservation”.
Go to your admin dashboard and cancel the request.
You will receive an email once your reservation has been approved. However you can go to the dashboard and check the status of your reservation.
Go to your profile > reservations > current reservation.
You are charged once you make the reservation and it is accepted by the host, then you are asked to make payment on your reservation. Once you have placed your payment information, you will be charged.
If a host cancels your reservation they must give a good reason if it was already accepted and they may be penalized.
Contact your host and make arrangements to have it sent to you.
If you have not heard back from the host within 24-hours the reservation is automatically cancelled and you may book with another host.
In order to host or be verified, you must provide an email address, a picture, and an ID.
